On April 28, 2004, Manulife Financial Corporation and John Hancock Financial Services, Inc. completed their merger. The combined company will market products and services under multiple brands, including John Hancock in the United States and Manulife Financial in Canada, the U.S. and Asia. The mission of John Hancock in the community is to provide the greatest level of support for Boston youth most in need.
